Kumaresh Kar is a seasoned strategist, technologist, and the visionary leader behind PAS Digital Technologies. With over 20years of experience navigating the intersection of technology, sales, and digital strategy, He has dedicated his career to one primary goal : Creating Value.

His leadership is anchored in the ancient Indian philosophy of Manasa, Vacha, Karmana, the alignment of thought, word, and deed. At PAS Digitech Academy, this translates into a commitment to integrity and consistency. Hebelieves that true digital transformation occurs when a vision (Manasa) is clearly articulated (Vacha) and executed with technical excellence (Karmana).

Mr. Kumaresh Kar holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA). This rare blend of high-level business acumen and deep technical knowledge allows him to bridge the gap between complex software solutions and real-world commercial success. Throughout his career, he has transitioned from a hands-on developer to a strategic consultant, helping businesses and franchises scale through human-centric lead generation and robust digital ecosystems.

Building Communities Beyond the boardroom, he is an “energizer” for professional growth and community building.
